The hotel is conveniently located very close to the tube, making it easy to travel around the city. The dining area is also very nice, with a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel is very close to Euston train station, which is convenient for those arriving or departing by train.
There were some issues reported by other guests, such as noise disturbances caused by children in neighboring rooms and a terrible stench of raw sewage coming into one of the bathrooms.

The hotel was in a great location, with easy access to key attractions and transportation. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to assist. The rooms were well-maintained and charmingly decorated. Additionally, the lobby and common areas had a modern and pleasant ambiance.
The bed was too firm, making it uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. The pillows were also flimsy and went flat quickly.

The hotel provided excellent customer service and made a fuss over my daughter, which was a nice touch. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which was delicious and included a great cup of tea. The hotel was clean and spacious, and the staff were always readily available to assist.
The check-in process was slow and the receptionist was rude, which was a disappointing start to our stay. The furnishings in the room were worn and there were cleanliness issues, such as hairs in the bed and an unclean shower.

Efficient check-in with canapés offered. Delicious and varied breakfast options. Express checkout was convenient. Friendly and helpful staff.
Misunderstood request for a room near amenities, instead received an accessible room. Wet room did not drain well, causing the bathroom to become soaked.
